Lighting glitch when moving camera

Hello, so I reinstalled RDR2, and have this glitch happening.

Any idea what it could cause? I already reinstalled graphics driver using DDU, but that didn't help.

 

I am on Win10 latest update, Ryzen 5 3600, RTX2070s, 16GB ram
