Question about GTA 2 in jewel case for PC.

I'm looking for GTA 2 for PC jewel case (EU version) with booklet in it, but I could only find the GTA 2 big boxes with the big booklets, and GTA 2 in jewel cases without the booklets.

I have got a GTA 1 in jewel case with a booklet in it and I would like to have GTA 2 with a booklet in it too, but I couldn't find any for sale.
