How long has the bug where your saved outfits are all removed from your wardrobe, not just from your horse, been in the game?. It happened to me 3 times within a week. So now I’m kind of forced to stick with just one outfit, because I don’t want to keep re-creating my outfits every other day. R* takes forever to fix these annoying bugs too. Rev. Thomas The Dank Engine Posted March 4, 2021 Share Posted March 4, 2021 Had this for a while. The only work-around i found was to edit the recurring glitched outfit to the one i liked. So anytime when the game tries to switch to the outfit i had deleted previously, it would swap to the one i want. Never had a problem since. SadieAdler Posted March 4, 2021 Share Posted March 4, 2021 I have a suspicion this is linked to the horse saddle bag that let's you carry 7 (I think? Whichever is the maximum) outfits instead of 5. I've asked a few friends about this, the only people who've experienced this glitch are those carrying 7 outfits. I only carry 5 and I've never had this issue before Rev. I only carry 5 and I've never had this issue before This is definitely one way you can lose outfits from your horse but maybe not in the way you were thinking. If you have the 7 outfit saddle bag on your main horse and a 5 outfit saddle bag on your second and your main horse dies, then you will suddenly lose 2 outfits from your horse - even when you get your main horse back. Particularly annoying, I put quite a bit of thought and detail into all of my saved outfits. I don't think theres a developer in the world that takes longer to fix bugs than R*. The reason is that if you drop your hat and pick it up it turns it into a "custom" outfit, even though it's the same outfit you had on. If you have 7 outfits in the bag, one of those outfits gets removed to make room for the custom outfit. I don't know if that happens with a 5 outfit bag or not but I would guess it would if all 5 slots are being used. Krommer Posted March 12, 2021 Share Posted March 12, 2021 I've only had the outfit going away thing happen once, from the horse, but it wasn't deleted and was still in my saved outfits. This is on XBOX ONE, not sure why other people have had it more. Oh, I'm also not: 1) using a posse outfit 2) using more than one horse (though I do have a spare horse in the stable, also with a Nagochehehz saddle and hooded stirrups, just in case.) 3) using different saddlebags, even on the horse I don't really use (both are collector bags.) Just got a MSI RTX2070 Armor 8 Gb GDDR6, that replaced an MSI GTX970 4 Gb GDDR5 - and that opened up for some graphics upscaling .. Did read about the Vulcan API getting more FPS out of the game, than DX12 - so I switched from DX12 to Vulcan when setting up my new GFX .. And yes, tested the Vulcan against DX12, and got about 10 FPS more out of the game, at the same settings .. But it seems to come at a cost .. The horses mane disappears when using Vulcan .. .. ..
