Installer unable to create log file

When trying to use the setup, it states that the setup is unable to create a log file. I can proceed normally, but when the installing part is complete, it says that can not install. I have tried restarting my computer, disabling my antivirus, redownloading the installer, and deleting anything related to OpenIV. Can I get some help?
