Scan PC for supported installs of GTA VC by Rockstar Game Launcher

I have owned original GTA Vice City for more than ten years. Since the  Rockstar Game Launcher been released, I'd like to add it in my library, so that my save data can be saved in the cloud. I tried to use the function "Scan PC for supported installs" in Rockstar Game Launcher, but it always showed  "Scan Complete! no titles were found".  Both of  my GTA VC and  Rockstar Game Launcher are installed in my C/Program Files/Rockstar Games, but the  Rockstar Game Launcher can't detect  it, which is pretty weird . Do you have any solutions? Thanks you.
