Radio problem

i got vice city afew days ago and i've been having this problem with the radio... The sound effects all work (except for cutscenes) but when i get in the car and turn the radio on nothing happens.. but MP3 radio works... i looked in the Audio folder and all the radio station files are there, but there .adf files... what ever that is...and there all 40,502KB.

 

someone please help!

 

thanks in advn

 

oh and also stuff like music and sound effects in the club doesn't work
