How do i move my car at traffic speed without a controller

so ive seen some gta sa gameplay where people move in cars with traffic speed without having to keep tapping W on the keyboard, then i discovered that this is done by pushing the analog stick on a controller very slowly, and i dont want to go and buy a controller so i was wondering if there is a way to do this on pc, similar how cj can walk slowly if you hold ALT + W

First, not that I know of, second, may I suggest a controller. I say that like its not going to be a cheap, psychotic whore to setup, but once you do, totally worth it, and makes gameplay much better, same on Android.
