GTA IV - No Main Menu/Pause Menu Text

Issue is Main Menu when you are selecting whether you want to play IV or EFLC and in the Pause Menu, I will attach screenshots.

 

Version is a Steam version downgraded to 1.0.7.0 to get mods working, Windows 10, I don't have too many mods.

  • Radio Downgrader
  • Vanilla Addon Vehicle Pack
  • SimpleTrafficLoader
  • Potential Grim / Responsive Plus
  • Rob's Files (tweaks handling mostly)
  • Improved Animations
  • Recoil Fix / Real Recoil
  • ScriptHook (as you could probably gather)

None of these mess with any text as far as I know and work perfectly for many others. I've tried replacing the font.dat files, the american.gxt file.
