Were you upset when Catalina left with Claude?

I didn't really like Catalina that much anyway because of where she lived and her attitude. I honestly hate that area in San Andreas whenever you want to go somewhere it's a long drive. When I saw she leaves with Claude to go to Liberty City it still made me feel weird cause Claude is a protaganist too and I feel like I am both of them. I just don't know what Catalina sees in Claude because he seems really shy and not Catalina's type.

1) it had to happen either during or after the story, this 'predates' when the events of GTAIII took place

2) I always got the impression he was happy about her leaving with Claude, but was a gent enough to play through the motions...

3) I've always loved that moment cause I couldn't stand her. I still dread her missions and try to get through them as quickly as possible so I can get rid of her and get into San Fierro

I just realized you can still save at Catalina's house after she leaves. I think that is strange because she seemed upset with CJ yet still lets him stay at her house after she is gone.

I figured it was because she was already gone to liberty city. So, knowing her from Liberty City, I think she showed up there, there was likely someone living there, she played sweet, got inside, killed them, buried them, and used it as a hideout. So you have an 'abandoned' house in the middle of nowhere you can use as a hideout sometimes.

Err... Maria Latore leaves with Claude Speed at the end of GTA III, they didn't know each other back in 1992. And, speaking of CATALINA instead of Maria, I wasn't fully happy when she left. I would have been fully happy if she left after showing CJ his new garage, so CJ could have been able to put one bullet or three in her ass. In another topic I recently expressed my deep disgust with Catalina, for that reason I won't expand on it here.

Seeing Claude leaving with Catalina in GTA SA gives more sense to the scenario of GTA 3. From an immersion-friendly point of view you can imagine the latina psychopath tries to murder the mute killing machine shortly after and Claude escapes during a prison transfer.
