Which original radio station should get updated next?

Other than FlyLo FM and WorldWide FM, which stations should be the next to receive a new batch of songs with the next update?

I'd love an update to West Coast classics, but I much rather would like to see a return of classic stations as K-DST, K-ROSE and Flash FM.

Unpopular opinion but East Los FM, I'm pretty sure it's one of the few radio stations, if not the only (seeing how both FlyLo FM and Worldwide FM just got new songs this update), that never got any new songs added to it with the next gen (soon to be last gen) version of GTA V.

But personally, I want more Radio Mirror Park. It has a really unique style and variety to it that I don't really find in other radio stations, with a few exceptions of course. So I'll go with that.

I like the thought of bringing back Flash FM as a dedicated '80s pop and rock station. To expand on this further, and in keeping with the new stations' theme of being based on real life ones, I have a suggestion for it:

 

Make this version of Flash FM based on the popular internet radio station '80s on 8, which gets millions of listeners each week and is one of the most popular Sirius XM channels. That station is hosted by original MTV VJs Nina Blackwood, Mark Goodman and Alan Hunter, and plays very, very heavily into '80s nostalgia for all its worth. Naturally, I'd imagine they would be the ones to curate the soundtrack to make it perfectly fitting.

...and I couldn't agree more. I'm not sure if that station was made only for a joke but it sure feels like it, especially since several songs aren't even from mexican groups.

It's not even a banda/grupera station since Maldita Vecindad and Jessy Bulbo are featured.

 

I would have loved something from Pesado, Los Angeles Azules or even Bronco, but I guess those would be too expensive.

Rock and Ska would have worked better for that urban style

As for what I want overall, I would like another update that gives us three new stations and updates two existing ones, just like Cayo Perico.

 

I would want this one to be a nostalgia-themed update that adds Flash FM ('80s pop and rock), V-Rock (classic metal) and the long-wanted Night Ride FM (Synthwave/RetroWave), and updates Los Santos Rock Radio and Non-Stop Pop with new music. Perhaps this update could be themed on old school tough guy action movies and thrillers from that time?

Honestly, the talk radios. I hardly listen to them, but when I do, its always a bit silly listening to them talk about things that would have been relevant in-universe back in 2013 like Sue Murry's appearance on Fernando Show to promote her upcoming candidacy in the 2013 election.

As far as music, my vote goes to East Los FM. I never listen to it, it would be awesome if they changed my opinion with some new music. I know its meant as a chicano station mostly, but I'd love some other Latin American influences thrown in there like maybe some Colombian dance music, some more narco-corridos or some bossa nova etc.

Bruh, I wished we had Pre Millennium Radio ffs, I really want an 90s-2000s rock radio.  I'm personally sick of the same repetitive 70s-80s rock stations (just me personally). However I'm down for more Blue Ark, Lowdown & VBR(my choice for the poll). I'm curious how they are gonna approach VBR tho since Burger Records was indeed shut down recently.

Voted Rock Radio, though I wish we could get a rock n' roll update to the game. I'd rather have a rock group in my nightclub than what we currently have.

I do like LSRR, but of all the radio stations here I personally think its one of the less deserving considering its got a decently sized tracklist right now.

 

Personally, I'd love it if Channel X and Vinewood Boulevard Radio ended up with more tracks now as they're rather sparse at the moment, as Channel X and VBR only have a combined tracklist of 38 songs overall whereas LSRR has exactly that on its own.

East Los FM and Soulwax are also in dire need of new tracks as they're the only OG radio stations to have not had an update alongside the talk radios really needing new material at this point.

I miss the good old Radio X, GTA SA had, it had such good songs.

 

The rockstations in V just aren't really good, there is no real metal or alternative station, all we got is classic rock, punk and whatever genre boulevard radio is.

 

A station with slipknot, soulfly, metallica, soilwork, machine head, slayer, etc. as metal station would be nice.

 

And maybe an alternative station with bands like tool, soundgarden, the white stripes (or the dead weather), the black keys, queens of the stone age etc.

to be honest i would purge channel x almost entirely and give it some new songs. Some more alternative stuff like San Andreas. The current stuff is...fine, I guess, but gets old unbelievably quickly

Considering the game is set in SoCal, I’d like a surf rock and rockabilly station
