Progress is going on, just in a separate mods like Restored Pedestrians, Beta Cops, Restored Trees Position, etc. Maybe when I get motivation I will come back to this mod, but there are more things that can be released separately.

I think you should continue to make GTA IV beta mod now, you can't give up making mods just because you don't have time, you can use your free time to finish them, in short, don't let this mod become a dead mod.

Who said that I don't have time, it's all about motivation, and it is easier for me to release beta mods separately, and later include them here.
Moreover, this mod have to be completely revised, because some things either do not make sense to be included in it, or something needs to be redone from scratch
and there is no need to post beta screenshots here, I've seen them all and know what to do

Since you know what to do then make these contents, this has nothing to do with motivation, this is purely your willingness to do it, you want to say so then I feel what is the difference between this mod and dead mod?

Nope, I do not work with the vehicles, what I could I have already done. Maybe one day someone of the other modders will make a proper beta vehicles pack or something like that, but definitely not me

3 years without updates speaks for everyting.
But despite this situation, the idea is still alive and I'm still making mods with restored beta content, I just release them as separate mods (you can check them on my workshop).
The only reason I haven't cancelled this project yet is that at any time I can just collect all these mods that I made and implement them here, I just need to catch a motivation or something like that, so far I don't want to do anything with this mod
