Game crashes at loading screen after insalling (adding) 60 car mods

Game was working well, and I have installed 35 cars mods too from 4x Thunder V pack. I did everything true, writed all data lines etc. but when I run game, game crashes at loading screen at third artwork. I verified all data lines that I just writed but game still crashes at third artwork. Is GTA 4 have a car limit? Or did I something wrong when I installing car mods? Please help!
