therazor Posted May 17, 2003 Share Posted May 17, 2003 yeah you can make your own map already. i have done already some mapping just with notepad. but we can't insert our own object in yet because of oleg's importer and exporter that doesn't work verywell. but if you want a map it's not so tough you only need to know which number what is example 2165, gf_mainisland3b_01, 0, 154.1728668, 306.7849731, 9.307328224, 1, 1, 1, 0, 0, 0, 1 that comes from vice city GOLF.ipl but you need to know which one is rotating and moving. I'll break this down. 2165 = ID number, matches a number in an IDE file, setting the Model, texture pack, and viewing distance. gf_mainisland3b_01 = Pretty much the same as above, corosponds to a colision file. 0 = unknown 154.1728668, 306.7849731, 9.307328224 XYZ co-ordinates. Full north-east would be 2048, 2048, 0. Full south west would be -2048, -2048, 0. 1, 1, 1 = Scale, doesn't actually work, so ignore these. 0, 0, 0, 1 Rotation values.
