[GTA SA] SAMP sounds making my fps drop

Hey, I recently noticed that sound is the only thing that makes my fps drop from 300 to 100, and when I turn the audio all the way down, my fps is much better and drop 30 frames max, so I'm here asking you guys to help fix this problem.

does anyone have a low sound pack or any other solution without removing the game sound

any does anyone else have the same issues 

 

Here's my pc specs:

1650 super

8gb ram ddr4

i3 9100

mods:

low effects 

no shadows

low texture

no gun flash

samp addon

silent patch 

 

by the way im a samp player most of the times i use uzi and tec
