OpenIV Crashing on Startup.

Hey all! Thank you in advance for the help ❤️

I do not have Rivatuner, MSI Afterburner, or any other program installed that is similar.
DirectX is update to the latest version.

Im trying to figure out the issue I am running into!
 



I reset my PC then it worked, however, I then opened a file and it crashed with blue screen and frowny face...  :(

It simply doesn't work. It continuously crashes with not a single time opening correctly.
