This whole thread was a troll with a bait title and everything. Youre spouting nonsense claiming shotguns have aim assist when your in free aim. Aim assist works for snipers. I literally played a hard core mode for a daily, yesterday. Fired at a guy and what appeared to me to be 5 hits with a litchfield while he was in cover, your favorite thing to do, and every shot missed. I play in defensive against griefers nonstop...I blast them with hip fire with a semi auto. There is literally no difference between that and slippery bastard when there was no aim assist....so try again. Have literally been doing it for years at this point. Simply enabling free aim doesn't turn off aim assist. Just look at the settings. The facts are on my side on this, sorry dude. Only defensive mode turns of aim assist against other players. There is an extra setting to turn of aim assist. Just free aim doesn't remove aim assist. Free aim only removes the lock on. Play hardcore series with aim assist on and off, and you will notice massive difference. I can't believe how you can be blind towards facts. You must be beyond ignorant at this point to think that free aim automatically disables aim assist. Get to Underweight and go fight a Revenue Agent rockblock then get to red Underweight and fight the same roadblock, you will go down in significantly fewer shots on the second one. Dude your are beyond dumb one of the things I really hate is people spreading mis-information, doesn't matter if you do it on purpose or just ignorant, everyone knows you're wrong because you never tested it, you just looked at the controls, assumed wrong and are now pretending you know better I literally loaded up the game, with a controller plugged in, I play on PC with a mouse, so aim assist is off since it doesn't work with a mouse anyways and you get bonus xp for kills (took me like 75 ranks before someone told me you had to do that) so I tested it, zero aim assist whatsoever, scoped or unscoped turned it on, got aim assist on my controller lowered the bars, which led to me having to aim closer to my target for it to snap you're just a f*cking idiot spouting dumb sh*t all over the place, acting like you're superior there is no aim assist of any kind with free aim turned on, and the bars only apply when you have aim assist on I bet you're gonna try and argue again but for your own sake, don't, your hole can only get so deep before you burn ah who am I kidding, I know you're gonna start up again, it's like manditory forum etiquette, but at least test it yourself first 8 minutes ago, RyuNova said: The difference between Underweight and red Underweight is very noticeable. Get to Underweight and go fight a Revenue Agent rockblock then get to red Underweight and fight the same roadblock, you will go down in significantly fewer shots on the second one. the max you lose is 7,5% damage resistance the max you gain is 7,5% damage resistance all in all, it's not gamebreakingly high, how much is 15% damage of a bullet anyways? and like I said before, the weight system is FUBAR, it's beyond broken Spoiler the way it works that the game doesn't keep track in real time, it keeps track how much food you ate in between "rests", so like a fast travel, a server hop, starting a mission that loads you into a seperate server, basically any loading screen is a "rest" so most people won't bother eating tons of meat/crackers/candy constantly just to keep their weight up besides, I use an ability card that increases damage depending on how much stamina I have, so when I sprint from cover to cover, that 7,5% lower stamina drain helps more than being able to take another shot, and if you believe that small percentage of damage resistance matters, I can pretend that small percentage of damage boost matters to each their own I guess Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
