GTA San Andreas loading screens really fast after getting new graphics card

I recently got a EVGA NVidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super and the loading screens on GTA San Andreas are now really REALLY fast, the game itself runs fine however but this has been bugging me, any fix? I use the Steam version downgraded to 1.0.
