Someone random may say something, and I can react, not to mention if you just stand around, the NPC's will have their own short conversations that are a trip. I like they blend in CJ's possible girlfriends with them. Not to mention the drama, shootouts, police chases, all these things make a dead map feel like a fleshed out city. I only wish you could initiate positive|negative convos with people outside of your gang, which is another part I love about the Ped AI system, the ability to add them to your group and interact with them. The varied feel of the map made me like to explore it more and is why it's my favorite map. After the release of SA I wouldn't stop talking about how f*cking good it was to swim and not drown. Car customization was also a favorite of especially every aspect of the lowriders. We wouldn't see the feature return years after V which at one point made SA a unique gta to have for a long time. RPG stat elements for CJ was also grate. Way ahead of the elements for something in 2004. We could have been able to buy bars,nightclubs,body shops,clothing stores etc etc. I felt it was seriously lacking compared to it's predecessor.
