Who made the Epsilon theme song?

Weird question but I’m just asking if it’s mentioned in the credits or any other interviews as to who made the song that played in the background of the Epsilon website they made to promote the game. I vaguely remember an interview saying that they found it as-is on a royalty free music website and decided to use it but I can’t find the interview and I dunno if anyone remembers that interview too or if I’m just crazy
