[TUTORIAL] How to successfully play as 1899 John Marston with Classic hair in Prologue (Without Clipping)

Note: You need the mods "Rampage trainer" and "John Marston Classic hair" for this to work

Okay, so you're in prologue and want have John's signature hair. Well look no further.

Very important thing to know: YOU MUST BE PAST EPILOGUE PART 1 FOR THIS TO WORK - SCRIPTED OUTFIT CHANGES WILL RESET YOUR MODEL AND HAIR.

Okay so once you have reached Prologue part 2 you must set your hair as "Right Parted" and grow it out to Level 7.

Using Rampage Trainer, go to Spawner --> Peds --> Humans --> Search Ped --> Search "John" then select: CS_JOHNMARSTON

Once selected, it will spawn a NPC model of John Marston this is the first step complete.

Once John is spawned, select Spawner --> Peds --> Ped Database --> CS_JOHNMARSTON --> Wardrobe --> Copy Outfit to me

Once you have done this, your model will be the exact same of the model you spawned.

Now that you are at this stage, you must update your characters look (barbers, wardrobe etc) You don't need to apply any changes, just browse through different options of change of appearance so your model goes back to the outfit you were wearing.

This will update the model to go back to the OUTFIT you were wearing before spawning in the PED and will still keep the NPC John's model.

This will allow you to have the classic hair without any clipping through hats, this is because the John Marston Playable model from Prologue is modelled differently causing the clipping through hats.

When you load into a mission (a mission without any scripted outfit changes) you will still remain as NPC John with the classic hair and without clipping through hats. If for example you wanted to keep the outfit from NPC John, you cannot without external outfit mods through save editor (most of them don't work anymore anyway)

If you are still getting clipping, make sure both Mods are installed correctly with no mod collisions.

If anyone has an improvement on what i have discovered then reply or make a new thread.

also if this is somehow old news then please tell me
