More details & challenges to do in GTA San Andreas

GTA: SA is a massive game, however, its been out for 16 years & at this point many players know every single detail in the game and have done every single thing you can do. I'm here to prove that wrong.

I made a list of challenges/things to do. They range from very easy to nearly impossible. Some of these things take months to do, so without further due lets get started.

Nothing here requires cheats. Everything here can be done normally without glitching.

This is not a full list of things you haven't done. There are still a lot of things. If you have any suggestions for great details/challenges, make sure to reply with something I should add to this thread!

Details you missed out on

These are just some stuff you might have never noticed about this game. There are no challenges here (yet)

1. The police impound can actually be used. If your car disappears, you can find it at the nearest impound. This is really useful because usually when you start a mission your vehicle disappears.

2. In the mission "Cesar Vialpando", giving your Savanna a heat paintjob makes it faster.

3. In the mission "Gray Imports", you can shoot the crate to crush down the mechanics (Reference)

4. After the mission "Cut Throat Business", Madd Dogg's merch from Victim's prices will go up while OG Loc's will go down from $300 to $15.

5. If you press your action key + NUM4/NUM8 you can make CJ dance.

6. If you're wearing a police outfit (from dating barbara) then you can enter police impounds without getting a wanted level.

7. Honestly just look around the map. There are so many places in Los Santos I never paid attention to. I completely forgot there was a mall in Mulholland, even if it's inaccessible its pretty cool

8. Listen to the radio after The Green Sabre. Sometimes you will hear Smoke talk about OG Loc's music. He will do a lot of interviews there. However, after Cut Throat Business, Madd Dogg will start appearing more often and Loc/Smoke will fade for a bit.

Medium

1. Collect some unique vehicles: the rare Walton from "Madd Dogg" with crates & BP, the news heli from when you pick up a 4* wanted level, and the everything-proof Sadler from "Tanker Commander" are all worth getting.

2. Wipe out the Ballas by taking over all gang territories. Additionally, if you want to take over Las venturas & San Fierro, all you have to do is get a plane, fly outside of the map for 15-20 minutes straight, then for the next 15-20 minutes fly back in.

3. Steal the Rhino and FBI Rancher. These are rare vehicles.

4. You can get a modified BF400 without cheats or extreme glitching in the mission Just Business. There are many ways to do this if you haven't beaten Just Business yet, but if you don't want to work too hard for it, then make sure to follow this video

5. Get the RC Raider. It's really easy to get, you can't ride it (you can ride the RC Goblin which I'll go on about later).

6. Get Berkeley's RC Van. This is a really hard to get vehicle, but with some luck you can find it around Ocean Docks. There are some glitches that make this really easy to get.

7. Steal the Magnet Leviathan from "Up, Up & Away". The game doesn't have any measures to prevent you from keeping it, so if you get it you can easily save it. It's absolutely annoying to pilot though.

8. Get the Truth's camper. It's not hard to get at all, your last chance to get it is in the mission "Riot".

9. If you're really into collecting vehicles, here is a guide for unique color vehicles and another for damage-proof vehicles.

Hard

  1. Get 100% completion. Hell, get 110% completion. If you haven't done this yet, you really should.
  2. Get a decent score in Basketball and Beefy Baron.
  3. Steal the Andromada from Stowaway. Here's how. To do this you need to have 50% progress with Barbara (which means you need to get fat or collect all oysters), a minigun,a nd a phone call that starts a new mission.
  4. Learn how to dupe missions. It's really hard but it's got a learning curve, meaning that with some time you can master it.
  5. Steal the RC Baron. If you finished Supply Lines... then watch this video
  6. Get 100% on all schools. It doesn't take much time, there are some challenges that will stress you out but I don't think it's that hard.
  7. Mod your bike or boat. There is a way to mod the BF-400 in Just Business, but if you want to mod bikes, boats, planes, etc. make sure to follow this video. Please note that some modifications will break the game, so just get new colors and get away with it. You can also get a mutant bike by changing the wheels (it wont crash the game), it looks stupid but it's worth collecting.
  8. Get the FBI Van. It's really easy to get in End of the Line.

Very Hard

  1. Get King of San Andreas criminal score. This is the hardest challenge on this list because of the time it takes, however, there is no pressure on you and that makes it one tier lower than the highest tier.
  2. Get to level 40 in brown thunder. This is a really useless challenge but it makes insane money.
  3. Try to beat the game with no guns unless you're forced to use them. This is probably the easiest challenge on this tier.
  4. Get Ace pilot rank. This actually belongs on this tier because you need 20 real life hours of flight to get this.

Near-impossible

These are extremely challenging. I haven't done any challenges in this tier yet, but these will require months of practice & apparently you need more time to do these missions than to beat the full game.

  1. Getting the RC Tiger, Goblin & Bandit. The Raider is really easy, however, this is absolute hell. Click at your own risk. This is a two hour video and its only one half.
  2. Find a shark. This is a 1 in 1 million chance that a fish will turn into a shark on spawn, but if you find one then congrats, you just unlocked the rarest natural occurance in the game. Oh, and don't worry about touching it, it won't kill you.

Bonus

If you want to store boats, make sure to check out this video. I don't think its worth it, but if you care enough to steal a Launch or another boat, then make sure to follow this.

Also a bonus, make sure to do the burglary mission right at the start of the game. The infinite sprint is unbelievably handy.

I did this thread so people can never be bored of this game. I'd recommend going through all of it. There's too much stuff to not pay attention to
