Servers down for maintenance - Property Purchase GTAV SP

As the title says - running GTAV (modded) in SP and can not seem to purchase property any more (through the real estate company on the phone) - keeps on 

showing site down for maintenace! - how can I fix this? (all other sites such as vehicle purchase seem to work).

You buy property in SP by going to the board outside the property and following the prompt on screen as far as I remember... and only certain characters can buy certain properties, like I think Michael is the only one that can buy the cinemas.

thanks for the reply - how do you know what properties are for sale without the estate agent website?

its strange because with franklin - I played a few SP game's - this unlocked his ability to buy property (through the app on his phone) - but now (since I installed a few mods) - everytime I go onto the phone the website is showing as "down for maintenance" and to come back later?

If nobody owns them, they show up on the pause map as a little black house icon with a white $ sign in them and a small green $ in the top-left corner. Once someone buys it, it shows in that player's colour.

 

Dynasty8 is an online-only website, you can't buy any SP properties on there.
