technically you can but the controls are weird af , you can bind suitable keys but sadly theres no free aim.

Yes well aware of that, was being sarcastic since this place has become a circus of "hints" lately, you know a priest giving hints, a trucker giving hints and only god knows what's next, maybe a turtle is going to sign up and start giving hints?

He hasn't been with R* since 2011. He did work on GTA SA though, those seem to be just beauty renders in 3D Studio Max of the map he most certainly had access to during development. Even the magazine says December 2004, it's a real design & architecture magazine he probably did renders for: http://www.blueprintmagazine.co.uk/
