gta 5 won't start in story and online

since a long time gta5 wont start in story mode or online mode, if i try to log in story or online after a bit of loading the game termitate itself, without showing any error.

i've already tried to uninstall all the mod and reinstall the game, but still continue to do this.

please help me, i don't know what i need to do to play gta5!
