Not loading after being busted using other characters

So I am not sure if this is just me or a known problem generally. 

 

If you are busted when playing a different character in single player (e.g. mp_m_freemode_01) the game will hang at the black screen and not load at the police station. 

Works fine with the main protagonists (e.g. Michael)

 

Is this a known issue? Tried searching and cannot find anyone complaining about it. 

Does anyone else have anything like this? 

Is it just me? I have tried a fresh install with the new latest scripthookv.
