Are there any mods that add trench coats to CJ?

I've been looking through pages for about an hour now and I cant seem to find any.

Never saw something like that. A mod like the one you're proposing should support movement of lower parts of the trenchcoat, when CJ's walking, running, or jumping, otherwise his legs would pass through the trenchcoat. Clothes in 3D Era don't support that kind of movement by themselves, you might as well look for a CLEO mod, CLEO is capable of moving a tank's caterpillars for example (they don't behave as wheels, for that reason tanks with caterpillars weren't implemented in 3D Era). Until someone else comes here with a mod for you, look further for CLEO mods, and good luck finding a mod like that.

I found this mod where it adds in the smallville superman coat, I just needed to edit out the S and I am all good with it, I found it but yeah I guess it would be good if it had movement.
