The first person who guesses his location wins. The person who wins then has to submit their own screen capture of Niko somewhere else, and the person who guesses that location wins, and then has to submit his own screen capture......and so on. Actually, the cryptic hint I gave was to remind people of the radar, otherwise I doubt anyone would have guessed the right place. I wanted to get the ball rolling with correct guesses instead of no one able to guess. Have a few examples posted before the really hard locations are posted. Packie talks about how he has taken scores from different cities and talks about his biggest score in the liberty city bank. He mentions that Niko probably is dead. That's all i know.
