As long the target are high-priority in your story either CJ, Ballas, Leader, etc is ok.

You won't get disqualified, the rules of new accounts getting disqualified is only for votes, however, if that new account has participated and can be trusted, your vote won't be disqualified even if it's a new account. Hope this clears some things up, and good luck with your entry!
