How to change the default radio station in out hideout? (GTA 4)

Hello everyone! I was playing GTA IV on my PC and replayed the story for the nth time. I was wondering if we could alter the stations being played in our hideouts. I never liked IF99 tbh and wanted to change the radio station in South Bohan to San Juan Sounds as it is my favourite radio station in the entire GTA IV saga. I think it's possible with the help of Open IV. But I can't find the location for the scripts at all. Can someone help me?
This might come in handy for other players too. I've posted the same blog on Reddit so if I get any updates there or find a way by myself I surely will let you guys know over here as well
