Two Questions About CEO Offices In Los Santos

So the first one is, which one do you guys prefer? Now I am saying, if money was no object, and you had to choose the best location for the office, which one would you pick? I have read that a lot of people consider the Maze Bank Tower the most desirable location, as a sort of in-game status symbol or something. My CEO Office was one of my first purchases, way back in June of last year, and I chose Maze West, not because I wanted that office, or honestly even cared at the time, but because it was less expensive.

 

The next question is based on the fact that now that I have more money than I know what to do with, I want to change the location of my Office. Now this is an academic question only, since whatever the cost is, I am going to do it. But just out of sheer curiosity, what does the total cost amount to? I have ALL the upgrades, including all the garages, cosmetic upgrades, and whatever else you could buy for the office. So ballpark, what is the cost to move the office from one location to the other, all in, including any upgrades or other hidden costs?

I have always had the Lombank office and love it. Great rooftop for getting away from folks, great place top go with a bounty and have fun with players hoping to collect it. Lots of hilarious moments from that. It is also a great place to snipe from.

 

No clue on what it costs to move anything.

i have owned the maze bank tower office since the release of the update, i got it not because of the status symbol but because it was right in the middle of the city, my crates warehouse is a few blocks away, so it made sourcing crates and going back to the office really fast and easy.

 

if not mistaken it will cost around 5 million to upgrade from maze west to maze tower because none of the upgrades are transferible, that mean you have to pay for everything again be it the office garages down to the gun locker/safe and sleeping quarters.

 

i'd way for them to go on sale again, that way you can upgrade while saving some money.

I think Lombank West has the best sunset views and brings the whole 'I've made it in Los Santos' experience with that views of Vespucci Beach and Del Perro Pier:

 

 

But as always, change your office only when it's on sale.

i got lombank on day one for the view and for the helipad and never regretted it.

 

it also has a wallbreach on the roof

I like Lombank because of its beach view. Reasonably close freeway and personal aircraft access is an added plus though.

You keep the office garage(s) along with their renovations and mod shop, but you will lose the renovations of the office itself. I think you get to choose a new name for free though. You should get half of the costs back , but I'm not sure if that changed due to that money glitch.

 

I'm a long-term tenant of Lombank West because of the beach view, but I only own the first garage level and mod shop. The view from the other garage levels isn't that great -- towards Kortz Center, and towards Maze Bank West.

 

Maze Bank Tower has generally good views, yet none as great as the Lombank West beach view, and it's the usual "look at me I got money" location. But from this thread it seems like Lombank West is getting pretty popular.

 

Arcadius Business Center has pretty bad views except garage level 3 and the mod shop, although it does have the unique underground garage entrance.

 

Helipad access is irrelevant if you have a Terrorbyte IMO.

Lombank all the way. Roof door is on the same level as the helipad (others have windy stairs), the views are amazing, and it doesn't take your helicopter 3 hours to climb to the top after missions (I'm looking at you Maze Tower.).

I like Lombank because I have most my business around Del Perro so it's all bundled together. Beachview is amazing as well.

I have the arcadius office because the entrance for the garage is in the underground carpark and I just think it looks cool. I did own the Maze Bank Tower one because it was the most expensive but it doesn't have anything special. Might have to try the lombank though judging from the comments.

Arcadius, I love it since its opposite the integrity way apartment for heist teleportation and one minor unique thing it has over the other offices, is a unique animation when your driving your car to an elevator instead of driving through the door.

+1 for Arcadius. Coming from someone who used to own the "status symbol" Maze tower. I think Arcadius is a bit underrated, especially the price is good.

I actually moved from Maze Bank tower to Arcadius because I found the accessibility for Maze tower a pain in the a$$

Rooftop is higher than I usually fly my helicopter, and the car entrance requires you to drive on that high road at the front. It also has a steep ramp down, not very convenient.

Arcadius has the front entrance nicely on ground level, parking garage is nice too, and the rooftop is better for my usual flying height when I arrive by helicopter, so I can land there faster, no need to fly all the way up to the top of Maze Tower.

I'm sure Lombank is nice too, but I don't particularly care for the view outside of my office, and I prefer the central locations. I also own the Alta Street apartment and Strawberry Nightclub.

For the record, money wasn't an issue, I just found Arcadius a better fit for me personally than the Maze tower.

Lombank has the nicest view but thats about it imo.

 

I personaly chose maze bank west when I got my office and never regreted it. Its perfect for me.

1. Nice big unobstructed helipad so I can park my avenger up there.

2. Small "driveway" that allows me to park my P996 Lazer without NPCs ramming into it.

3. Direct subway access outside the door.

4. I can parachute from the roof to my nighclub.

5. Highway access to prettymuch everywhere.

6. Decent sniping angles.

Lombank. Great views, close to my nightclub and arcade, great roof access to hit jets or choppers with explosive rounds, and close to aircraft spawns.

 

As for moving costs, with the introduction of the Cayo Perico Heist, money shouldn't be an issue.

Lombank West here too. Actually surprised to see so many replies for it. Well not really, as it's the best, but back when I was choosing it a couple years ago it didn't seem nearly so popular. Many of it's charms have been mentioned above, and you can also parachute on to the beach!

 

I bought it like I buy all of my properties. Location is paramount, and then things like popularity and cost also factor in. I don't want to buy the most popular for obvious reasons.  I'm happy to spend considerably more to get the one I really want. Same with my I/E warehouse, gunrunning bunker and so on.

 

A few things I like about it.  The location is stellar, right down by the beach. Great views as folks have already said, Beautiful sunsets, the pier all lit up. It's quite close to one of my apartments, which is Richards Majestic 51. Through the film studio, hang a left, and its right there. There's an Ammunation a couple blocks away which is always nice. Quick garage access. Easy access to the roof, or from the roof. I love flying helicopters in GTA. I'm using a controller instead of the HOTAS, and the flight model is ridiculous, but it's just so much fun flying around Los Santos. It never gets old for me. I play all sorts of helo sims, from Longbow to Black Shark, from EECH to ArmA and Los Santos is still my favorite map to fly helos on. If you're a helicopter lover, Lombank is certanly worth considering.  I also love riding bikes in GTA, especially the Akuma. The entrance to Lombank has some hedges between the door and the street, that are perfect to hide my bike, giving me some concealment to dismount and dash in the door when the crazies are in hot pursuit.

 

Good view of mayhem from the roof or the windows. Sometimes I just sit in my office and watch the battles outside. You people be nuts.  It's location is well positioned to be roughly equidistant to my bunker and warehouse, and the hangar at LSIA where I keep all those cool whirlybirds.

Maze Bank is a meme. It's on the middle of the city, yeah, but the time you waste going up is not worth it and becomes tedious really fast. Arcadius is not that much better, but I like the underground garage and that guy guarding the entry, looks cool but worthless if you're into grinding. The other two are better and also the cheapest. I have the one in front of Del Perro apartments so I can do Al's scene from Toy Story 2

It's still not popular in the game though. The only person I know who is also at Lombank West is a friend who I showed the beach views.

Well, I waited for a sale, lol not that I needed to, and last week there was a huge one on Offices, so I ended up moving to the Maze Bank. I know that some were recommending Lombank for its awesome views, and I won't lie, I agree. They views from the garages are stunning. But something about Maze appeals to me. Really high skyscraper, right in the middle of the city, and the views are definitely a close second, though not of the gorgeous beach. In the end, even though I spent some time agonizing over the choice, I am happy I moved everything there. Thanks for the advice and opinions everyone!
