San Fierro Story Stupefaction

I'm replaying SA for the first time in a long time (great game btw) and I'm trying really really hard to keep up with the story as it completely alluded me my first time around. I was doing great, picking up tons of new story info... until San Fierro... I don't know what happened, literally, one moment im helping Woozie and doing some light infiltration and the next thing I know CJ has gotten some information from Woozie? Then he rushes to kill the Loco Syndicate? now he's doing something with cars? I've tried looking some stuff up online, the wiki, and here but to no avail. Now, I'm creating an account and just asking, hoping to god I'm not asking something that's been asked 100 times already.

 

I'll go ahead and cut to the chase:

 

On the Killer Information

1. Who gave CJ the information he used to take down the Loco Syndicate?
2. When did CJ receive this information?
3. How did he receive it? (phone or cutscene?)
4. What was the information? It sounded like it was information on a meeting between the three Loco Syndicate leaders and Ryder, and CJ needed Jizzies phone to know the exact time.
5. Why was CJ given this information? I'm guessing he scratched Woozies back and Woozie scratched his?

 

On CJ's New Car Business:

1. What triggered the sale of Wang's Auto? Did it just happen to go on sale after the Loco Syndicate takedown? What did Driving School have to do with its purchase?
2. What is this "it" that gets "on" in the mission "Zeroing In"? It sounds like even CJ has no idea at the beginning and it appears to be a method of tracking specific cars? Does it have long term significance?
3. What is CJ's car business? I'm guessing Import/Export but I don't recall any declaration of business intent. (cute circle back to L.C. if CJ is now running his own Import/Export)
4. What is Wheel Arch Angels? It was shown to me while I was told I could buy Wang's Cars. Is this also CJ's? If so, what does it do that Wang's doesn't?

 

Misc

1. Why did Jizzie have a special phone in the first place? I understand it was private but he made it seem like it was one of a kind.
2. Does Wheel Arch Angels have a gameplay purpose? (was able to answer this one on google, slightly different parts available for specific cars, is that it?)

Woozie was the first to inform CJ about the Loco Syndicate in person. Once CJ did enough work for Jizzy he is contacted by Woozie that a meeting will go down between the Syndicate and the Ballas. In order to know the details CJ has to obtain Jizzy's phone. Once Jizzy is dead CJ obtains his phone and finds out about the meeting taking place at Pier 69. After which Woozie informs CJ about the Loco Syndicate's drug factory in person once again. As to why was CJ given this information, it was beneficial for the both of them. The Loco Syndicate was trafficking drugs into Los Santos into the hands of Big Smoke and Ballas. At the same time the Triads could grow once the Loco Syndicate is eliminated.

A shop that can do unique tuning on Sultan, Elegy, Uranus, Flash, Jester and Stratum. Who knows who owns it.

As you can see that was a huge deal. I am not sure that phone was special but if it was then it was probably used to evade being wiretapped.
