I'm working on a project in RDR2 that involves using freecam and a trainer to change weather, mostly Hurricane and Thunder weather patterns and live stream the results. Using open4 I found these xml files, 2 of which list thunder_emitter and thunder_render. Has anyone tinkered with these files or know if there is a resource to better explain the values contained within? Most recent twitch stream https://www.twitch.tv/videos/887993163.
