Help me please

I don't know if I'm going to post this in the Gaming forum, but please help me with my problem

 

I installed a game called "Dirt Rally Driver HD"

 

and when I played the game for the first time, the game runs on a low FPS or it keeps on freezing (like watching a video with low FPS).

I also got another problem, read carefully:

 

I bought an in-game car that runs on 110mph, and I bought faster cars. And those cars still runs on 110mph! I can't understand it, I even bought the fastest car in the game, it still runs on 110mph

 

I visited the download link of the game and I red the system requirments

the only thing that is written there is the windows version that is required. The CPU, RAM or others that is needed is nothing in there, only the Windows version required. Well, the game requires Windows 10, so I'm good with that. My computer is on Windows 10

 

I transfered the game to my dad's laptop, it fixes the glitch, the in-game cars run properly, and the FPS became higher, but a more TERRIBLE glitch happened in my dad's laptop:

 

I bought a game item that costs $1,000 and my current in-game money is $12,000. After I bought that item, my in-game cash turns ino -$5,000! WTF why does my money turns into negative even that item costs $1,000???

I think they're the same thing? One's just encapsulated in the browser and one is a standalone exe.

 

Performance issues could be a myriad of things ranging from lack of dependencies to hardware incompatibilities. Your system is extremely weak, but should be capable of running what's basically a browser game- that said it working better on another laptop points to that being the problem.

The other issues, like top speed limitations and the money glitch, are 99.9% down to the coding of the game and nothing anyone here is likely to be able to help with. Try reaching out to the actual developers.

I will also share my dad's PC specs soon

Game animations are also terrible. An in-game helicopter's blades/repellers move really slowly while its flying. NPC cars in free roam and racing modes move really weird and this problem doesn't occur in the YouTube videos that I watch, hitboxes are so big, game physics are sh*t and game particles are glitching out. Maybe my computer is the problem. My PC is getting old (I bought my PC on 2016)
