We had a mod loader for the 3D universe games where we can put models, textures, scripts, etc. in a single folder without having to replacing the files and make backups, but why not GTA 4? The modding scene is huge in San Andreas, but 4 doesn't seem to get much love. I found something similar, but it's only for ScriptHook plugins.
