Generally, companies don't develop or release single player DLC after a game has surpassed 365 calendar days of being on the market, with the exception of some F2P and RPG games. They have had a couple Halloweens now to give players something similar but have decided not to even though players would love to see it. Also due to the fact that mainstream zombie popularity has all but died. How the walking dead is still a thing amazes me.
