2X payout on gun running

Newswire says we get 2x payout on gunrunning jan 20th - jan 27th. I got double payout the first time but now get regular payout after that initial sale. Did rockstar pull back on their double payout event?

Just did a run and heres how it went.

 

From chumash bunker to el burro heights

12 players

Stock worth $490k

Sell to los santos $735k 

With player bonus i got total

Of $831k 

$490k x 2 = $980k

Something isnt right here.

Why do you expect it to be doubled again? It tells you how much the stock is worth at 2x$ on the sale screen.

Ummm because the event from jan 21 - jan 27 says 2x $$ and RP on gunrunning sales. Selling to los santos does not pay out 2x 

 

Selling to baine county is basic stock value

Selling to los santos 

Is stock value @ 1.5x

No, you got it all wrong. The sale values you are currently seeing are doubled. Normally that amount of stock would sell for 245k and 368k.

Maybe you are right. Stock  rate is normally $7,000 every 7 or 10 minutes dont remember the timer rate, but it is double right now. Maybe i just need some sleep
