SKY GFX Not Working.

AMD RYZEN 7 4800H, 1660TI, 16 RAM.

 

So, My game originally had a problem with the Sun or something changing the games brightness as I drove around the world, (only to reset to max brightness if I crashed into something).  So I downloaded SKY GFX to see if it would fix the issue. And turns out it won't even work. I followed all the tutorials to the T. Please help, been trying to enjoy this game for a week.
