Grand Theft Auto IV - The Actual Complete Edition

I had this ambitious idea of combining content of each game to each other since 2016 except I wasn't really experienced enough back then and had crashes any code I changed..... I began working on this project after getting experienced late 2017 and had breaks from time to time till more tools were available that I can continue my work on, not to mention of course the amount of crashes I went through and the frustration and reinstalls but yeah it was definitely worth it

The mod was made with the intention of being able to experience the game the same way other with the other dlcs.

 

All content mentioned are merged to IV to the point where what is left out is exclusive mission scripts, multiplayer scripts, movies, cutscenes since they don't need to be in IV

Before you download be sure to read the readme first to reduce download size incase u already have episodic audio rpfs

 

Features:

EFLC exclusive radio stations added to base IV (Sorry for crappy video but back then I didn't really have a great pc)

TLAD&TBoGT Ped speech added to base IV

TLAD&TBoGT Exclusive radio songs added to base IV

TLAD&TBoGT HTML Websites added to base IV

TLAD&TBoGT Vehicles added to base IV - Including their cargrp

TLAD&TBoGT Weapons added to base IV - Another video

TLAD&TBoGT Peds added to base IV - Including their pedgrp (Ruff Ryders are their own gang)

TLAD&TBoGT Animations added to base IV - Johnny and Luis specific animations are left to their respective DLCS

EFLC Movies merged to base IV Movies - Such as weazel and CNT

TLAD&TBoGT Map and interiors added to base IV

TLAD&TBoGT Sounds added to base IV - Loading tunes, Mission complete, MP Countdown and Menu music are left to their respective DLCS

TLAD&TBoGT Textures added to base IV - MP weapon icons, EFLC radio icons, Parachute, thrown pipe bomb and others

Working vehicle and weapon sounds (Not audio patch aka unified lore)

Beta weapons added with working sounds - Non are my models credits are to their creators

Silenced Pistol, Spas-12, IV\E1 Wooden Bat, Nightstick, Revolver, Camera, Flamethrower and Minigun, P90 Without silencer

TLAD&TBoGT MP clothes merged to base IV

Exclusive TBoGT scripts - Working Parachute scripts (Using Zolika's trainer)

 

Credits:

Fastman92 for his limit adjuster, was a big factor to the success of this mod

AndrewMulti RAGE Audio Toolkit

Zolika for his Trainer and Patch, once again big factor for testing

Bdawg and I for the random discovery of working eflc sounds through dlcs, though I will only use them to load speech files

DragonYisusXD for allowing me to use his map

Anyone who encouraged me through the whole run :)

 

Errors:

FLA seems to disable ability to access GFWL while this mod is fully dependable on it.... no MP for now :(

Any savegame will never work with this, new game must be created

 

I didn't really care about taking screens but I can't leave this place dull, I took videos and screens of the best highlights of the mod but I guess you can already imagine what this is like without screens.

I am not going to include it in my mod I will simply make people go ahead and download it from him, I will only include my lil modifications and thats it so I don't really need to take permission from the author

It will be a burden for me to upload something thats there already :)

Listen man everything I mentioned is my work for exactly 3 years, whats not mine on the other hand are some models of weapons which I won't ofcourse upload without their permission, I made this topic as a placeholder until I finish more things

about 2 or 3 weapon models aren't mine and eflc map isnt mine which won't be included in my mod but is a must download from original source anyway, and instructions will be made ofcourse

Oh and almost 95 of the mod is from rockstar's source of course I won't have to go ahead and ask them for permission?

I still dream of a total conversion mod that utilizes "The Possible Trinity" and a character switch script, and places all three games and their respective missions into one cohesive game.

Use zolika charswitch... and be able to load luis and niko missions side by side

Quick update:

I finished GTA IV story without any issues, I started playing TLAD and noticed bunch of issues and will name them below

Some cellphone contact names were wrong such as terry being called rocco - Redone the gxt and should be stable now

Some cutscenes were missing sounds - added their missing lines in sounds.dat15

 

Files are uploaded in mega and I would need a tester for my mod, DM me

-Do the special things of the weapons like explosive rounds work?

-Does the tow hitch work (or any other vehicle special abilities etc.)

Its for IV patch 8, IDK if I will ever add support for steam version

Yeah Explosive AA12, APC, Buzzard its all available thanks to zolika patch we are only missing sticky bomb detonate feature, I am sure zolika's working on it

About the tow truck it doesn't even have an ability IIRC in the original TLAD game, the nitrous ability from TBoGT and the parachute I am trying to figure out a way

Well the only missing ones are Vice City FM, Ram Jam FM, Self Actualization FM

On the other hand It has E2 vladivostok bahama mamas and others from the DLC themselves

Hey I have an idea. If it's possible, you should have it to where Little Jacob only sells the EFLC weapons so the player's able to get them legit.

Or make a pickup for them scattered around, both ways work legit

This is amazing, can't wait for it to be finished, one request, could you please make it possible to play GTA IV version of Electro Choc, the François K. mix in Maisonette 9, that would be awesome if possible

Probably something close to this:

  • Automatic 9mm to the FIB.
  • Sawn-Off Shotgun to The Lost MC and the Angels of Death MC (in behalf of the regular shotgun).
  • Assault Shotgun (TLAD's) to the FIB.
  • Pistol 44. to the FIB.
  • Automatic Shotgun (TBoGT's) to the NOOSE.
  • Full-Sized Uzi (preferably a silver version) to the Russian Mob (in behalf of the Micro Uzi).
  • Assault SMG to the NOOSE.
  • Advanced MG to the NOOSE.
  • Advanced Sniper as an additional sniper for Algonquin's LCPD Police Snipers.

Police should be use a automatic weapon after 4 star wanted. like he did for Mafia 2 by switch weapon

Well I figured out the pickups and successfully implemented them, just too lazy to get coordinates for weapons but might stick to lore pickups such as placing the biker weapons in the clubhouse or brian's safehouse like the rewards you get for beating gang wars, either way I am open for suggestions y'all

or you can Improved AI with a Scripts.img? Including NPC AI. Enemies AI Not Should Using Aimbot, Police AI ignore Player with Police Helicopter AI caused to Police AI for Aimbot, only Policecar AI to Follow Player with Police Helicopter AI giving a Stealth Mechanics Including Silenced Weapon and Interiors with a Full Quiet Interiors

Enemies AI will Spawn Behind You or Out of Nowhere After 5 second Driveby TLAD Gang War. but you can see a radar
