I am not going to include it in my mod I will simply make people go ahead and download it from him, I will only include my lil modifications and thats it so I don't really need to take permission from the author

It will be a burden for me to upload something thats there already :)

Listen man everything I mentioned is my work for exactly 3 years, whats not mine on the other hand are some models of weapons which I won't ofcourse upload without their permission, I made this topic as a placeholder until I finish more things

about 2 or 3 weapon models aren't mine and eflc map isnt mine which won't be included in my mod but is a must download from original source anyway, and instructions will be made ofcourse

Oh and almost 95 of the mod is from rockstar's source of course I won't have to go ahead and ask them for permission?

I still dream of a total conversion mod that utilizes "The Possible Trinity" and a character switch script, and places all three games and their respective missions into one cohesive game.

Use zolika charswitch... and be able to load luis and niko missions side by side

Quick update:

I finished GTA IV story without any issues, I started playing TLAD and noticed bunch of issues and will name them below

Some cellphone contact names were wrong such as terry being called rocco - Redone the gxt and should be stable now

Some cutscenes were missing sounds - added their missing lines in sounds.dat15

 

Files are uploaded in mega and I would need a tester for my mod, DM me

Yeah Explosive AA12, APC, Buzzard its all available thanks to zolika patch we are only missing sticky bomb detonate feature, I am sure zolika's working on it

About the tow truck it doesn't even have an ability IIRC in the original TLAD game, the nitrous ability from TBoGT and the parachute I am trying to figure out a way

Well the only missing ones are Vice City FM, Ram Jam FM, Self Actualization FM

On the other hand It has E2 vladivostok bahama mamas and others from the DLC themselves

This is amazing, can't wait for it to be finished, one request, could you please make it possible to play GTA IV version of Electro Choc, the François K. mix in Maisonette 9, that would be awesome if possible

I have another idea that might work pretty good too: how about assigning some of them to specific gangs and law units?

 

Probably something close to this:

  • Automatic 9mm to the FIB.
  • Sawn-Off Shotgun to The Lost MC and the Angels of Death MC (in behalf of the regular shotgun).
  • Assault Shotgun (TLAD's) to the FIB.
  • Pistol 44. to the FIB.
  • Automatic Shotgun (TBoGT's) to the NOOSE.
  • Full-Sized Uzi (preferably a silver version) to the Russian Mob (in behalf of the Micro Uzi).
  • Assault SMG to the NOOSE.
  • Advanced MG to the NOOSE.
  • Advanced Sniper as an additional sniper for Algonquin's LCPD Police Snipers.

Well I figured out the pickups and successfully implemented them, just too lazy to get coordinates for weapons but might stick to lore pickups such as placing the biker weapons in the clubhouse or brian's safehouse like the rewards you get for beating gang wars, either way I am open for suggestions y'all

or you can Improved AI with a Scripts.img? Including NPC AI. Enemies AI Not Should Using Aimbot, Police AI ignore Player with Police Helicopter AI caused to Police AI for Aimbot, only Policecar AI to Follow Player with Police Helicopter AI giving a Stealth Mechanics Including Silenced Weapon and Interiors with a Full Quiet Interiors
