rjmthe2nd
I'm replaying RDR2 on the Margaret side Mission again and it just struck me how the Lion and Zebra could be reusable assets in VI; due to the common theory that it's set in the 80s and based off Narcos with Colombia as a destination, I'm thinking we might be able to own exotic animals like how Pablo Escobar had Hippos. Just a thought, and I'm sure we'll see that tiger shark found off the map in RDR2 as well. Edited January 22, 2021 by rjmthe2nd

Space Cowboy
There are a lot of goofy and out of place side missions in RDR2, and you could find connection to any theory that you believe if you try hard enough. You can for example find a pirate hat in RDR2, and that doesn't imply that they are working on a pirate game.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a pirate for their logo. Tampa Bay is in Florida. Miami is also in Florida. They've pretty much confirmed GTA VI is set in Vice City in the late 70s. rjmthe2nd
I know it seems like I'm reaching but there is some rationality to what I'm saying since a lot of leaks points to 80s, Pablo Escobar and Narcos. Another example: RDR2 has speech interactions and tackling as a fighting mechanic.... Bully 2 was supposed to release after RDR2 yet was cancelled.
