They are both similar, it slows down time when you are using a weapon. Which is the best?

Dead Eye.

the higher levels only though.

it´s much more advanced.

Michaels ability is basicly just a slowmo.

and nothing special.

while with Dead Eye you can "paint" the enemies

I prefer them both

Bullet Time is great, i can score 20 headshots in in-game 10 seconds. Its fantastic

Dead Eye slows more time, making it hit your target easier than Michael's Bullet Time

Bullet Time sucks. It's like level 1 Dead Eye (which also sucks cuz no painting targets) but worse since it seems to make Michael move reeeeaaaally slowly to the point it's just annoying. You can kind of use Dead Eye to avoid damage and get an advantage but Bullet Time will ONLY help you get headshots/accurate shots, not help you survive at all. I only ever used it in a couple of replays to get headshot requirements, whereas Trevor and Franklin's abilities are fun and helpful to use all the time. Level 3 Dead Eye rules, nothing beats getting the Evans Repeater, swigging some moonshine, painting 22 targets on enemies and pulling the trigger to blast them all in seconds.

Yeah, your right

I completely survived when 3 zombies scratched me in RDR: Undead Nightmare

Michael's ability is damn near useless

Its only useful when you will replay a mission to get the headshot requirments
