a nightclub won't make much money by itself you need to own other businesses so the technicians can build stock

I would be happy to help you make money, @Ihykj_. I agree with @cybapete about the other businesses. You really want to own the Bunker, MC Club, and all the MC businesses (Coke, Meth, Weed, Counterfeiting, and document Forgery). Also, a casino is a great way to make a lot of money with Casino Heists. You said you are on PS4? My PSN name is ChiroVette. If you send me a friend request, I will give you 50% of both casino heists and Cayo Heists so you can get on your feet. For Casino Heists, I would ask you to help me with the preps, though. They can be tedious solo, especially vehicles, weapons, Vault Lasers, and Gruppe Sechs outfits/vehicles for Big Con.

Nightclub is not required for the sub. You just buy it and you are good to go.

For what?

For the heist: Sub only is needed. I hardly recommend the Sparrow, too. It saves you a lot of time. Its on sale until today, if youre quick you might still get it.

 

There is a really nice guide how to make money solo: Solo Guide

MC Club only important businesses are Coke, Meth, Cash. The others are really not worth it...

Special Cargo/Vehicle Cargo are much better. Just take a look at the Guide.

 

However once you own the sub and you can do the heist over and over again youll have more than enough money soon.

 

Casino heist is a good option, too but you need a reliable Heist Partner. If you have one - go for it.

I agree wholeheartedly with @Nog. The guide he linked to is absolutely fantastic, made by a friend of mine who I have played with for months. @xInfected_Virus worked his ass off on that guide, and it really covers everything you need, whether you still need grind loops or are a more well set player who can focus on tons of passive income and b2b heists and so forth. I highly recommend that guide!

Awesome, I got your friend request. I will add you when I go on PSN! I also got a request from someone else who is reading this thread as well. The more the merrier. I think we should start a crew, but a different type of crew. I have wanted to create a kind of crew that is more of a club, where people who have a lot of money and in-game assets, who no longer grind, and are not necessarily interested in a lot of PvP can get together and help people who are trying to become well set, as @xInfected_Virus calls it in his guide. He mentored me for my first 6 months playing this game. I started way back in June of 2020, and thanks in large part to his guide and he and I becoming friends, I have more money than I need and every important in-game asset and business you can get. I won't speak for him, because he is hugely into speedrunning, but I suspect he would add his time to the roster.

 

What we really need is to find a bunch of people like him and me who can also help out. The reason is that there are only so many hours in a day, and with the heists, once you get past 2 people playing them, the pay gets watered down. Which doesn't hurt me any, but if I heist with you, say, and we do a Cayo Heist + Casino Heist back to back, with only two players, 50% each, you walk away with $2Million for a very small amount of time/work. But when you go in with 3 or 4, that gets diluted.

 

At that rate, you can build serious wealth very fast. Especially if you're not blowing your wads on all the shiny toys and cars and instead concentrate at first on all that passive income you can generate by investing your money into the businesses in Los Santos and Blaine County. You may still need to do grind loops at your stage. We all did! Ask Infected, lol I toiled away at those grind loops, and while you are trying to become well set, they are actually a great way to make money while playing solo while you build you criminal empire to the point where you can stop doing them because they will become obsolete.

True story: I was in a public lobby a month or two back, one of the rare times I go full public. I heard a few guys bitching over their microphones that they are good players but have no money. So I plugged in and invited them to my CEO. They spent all their time on PvP and buying all the shiny, new cars rather than anything business related. These guys didn't have a Terrobyte, Buzzard, or any of the other many tools you need to do your own CEO missions. So I invited them to my CEO and I said, "Here, I will make you guys some money." I told them they could help out if they wanted to, but I could do it myself, and I started loading up VIP missions, Terrobyte missions, etc., and in a short time they were blown away by how much money I made for them. They couldn't even really help out, because they didn't have Oppressor MK II or buzzards, but they tried. The dirty little secret about VIP and Terrobyte missions is that, unlike the heists, the money is NOT divided. Everyone gets the full pay for the job whether you are doing them solo or with up to 4 people. Anyway, in a short amount of time, while we were all laughing, chatting, having a good time, and they were messing around sort of passively in my CEO (and helping where they could) they all had a sizable amount of money added to their bank. Grind loops suck alone, but when playing with others, I found them to be a lot of fun.

I miss playing with you making lots of money doing back to back Casino Heists daily. You may find other players who could do back to back Casino Heists whenever both of you are available, most likely not daily though. I'm updating my guide, just haven't had the time to finish it.

Are crews platform-limited?

That idea is amazing and I seriously missed those friendly guys when I was a beginner in the game. Well, if you dont mind I would like to join the crew as one of the "people who have a lot of money and in-game assets..".

Thing is that I play on PC so I dont know if that might be a problem.

I think we could definitely cross platforms, @Nog. Although that thought hadn't occurred to me until I just read your post. Of course you can join.

 

This, by the way, is why I started this thread. Although, as someone mentioned, I should have put it into the general GTAO section, and not the Cayo section. I think that if we are going to be forum based with this idea, and expand later on, we should probably have a thread devoted to this where people can post either as wanting help making money, offering help, or some combination of both. Maybe I should start one in the regular GTAO section, and I can keep updating the OP with information, like I wanted to do with the thread I linked to above.

A few things I ask people who want to join us is please don't be a griefer, at least while playing with us. Also, please have a mic. It is too tiring trying to play with people who can't talk to me. Okay, so I can be available later today, maybe early to mid evening. I am on EST. So before we make plans to get together, we should know what times we're talking about. I accepted both of your friend requests. @Perrybean89 and @Ihykj_. I have a Casino Heist (Artwork/Big Con/Gruppe Sechs) all ready to go with preps all done. And I just scoped a Cayo Heist, and just did the Armor Disruption. Here is the thing, and I will leave it up to you guys. If we split 3 ways, you guys will both make less money for both heists. If we can get someone else into this, like @xInfected_Virus, if he is interested in helping out, or someone else who is very well set financially in the game, then we can split up into groups of 2 each to blast through the back to back heists. I don't care about the money, so I will leave it up to you. If you guys want to start out with 3 player heists, I am good with that.

 

Also, how are you guys with the Casino Fingerprint hacks?
