I'd love to stop receiving texts from other players in gtaonline..  Is it a ps4 function or found somewhere in the game itself?

I know XB1 has a feature where you can customize your contact preferences in the settings and it effectively stops any in-game texts, so I would imagine PS4 has something similar in your contact/privacy settings.

I truly understand why you want to stop receiving texts... with the bully, the kids insulting and raging, the pervs and all other types of boring people .. some are just really crazy in the chat but I’m sorry I can’t help with stop receiving texts In general on ps4 but I can tell that if there is someone that is annoying you, you can mute him or her in the “menu” “game” “players” and you can select username and mute them:) hope your prob will be solved
