HELP! Load DYOM and Anderius (Alien City) on GTA SA

I'd like to make some missions with DYOM in the map of GTA Anderius.

 

But I can't run DYOM 8.1 with Anderius, only DYOM 7.2, I guess it's because of the CLEO versions (DYOM 8.1 uses V4 and Anderius V3)

 

I don't know if the MAP uses Cleo 3 or the MISSIONS and other uses Cleo. I'm new to modding.

 

But I'd like to load JUST the map and DYOM 8.1. Is there a way to do this?
