TBoGT or TLAD crashes at loading screen on GTA IV 1.0.7.0.

I was downgraded original 1.2.0.43 steam version to 1.0.7.0, installed LCPDFR, some script mods and car mods (only in GTA4's vehicles.img) but TBoGT or TLAD (they are original too) crashes on loading screen. I tried to remove script mods, reinstalling dlc's, removing all scripthook.dll etc. But still game crashes at same time. Is there a dlc that compitable with patch 7 (1.0.7.0)?
