Original GTA 4 DLC Download?

I was recently downloaded ENB and some mods and then I deleted them. But it looks like TBoGT and TLAD files are deleted or changed and now they are not launching. Is anyone have these original DLC files from latest steam version? (I am using 1.0.7.0)

We don't allow sharing of files on here. If it's a Steam copy, you can use the "verify game cache" from within the Steam client window to recover missing or altered files.
