Character transfers across consoles

So I've been playing GTA v on my Xbox one for quite a few years now and I'm planning on getting a PS5 but I want to know if I can transfer my character from my Xbox one to the PS5. Kind of the reason I'm getting a PS5 is because all my friends are on PS4 and I've been wanting to play with them ever since I've gotten an Xbox and as far as I know GTA v isn't cross-compatible and isn't going to be. However I know that social clubs go both ways with PlayStation and Xbox and possibly I could connect both accounts to the same social club and use the same character I use on Xbox on my PS5. If anybody knows anything about this that would be amazing.

Nope sorry. 

It might become a thing again when the Expanded and Enhanced version releases towards the end of the year, but apart from that there's no way to transfer your stuff right now.

I got one more thing though. If I have a playstation network account linked to my social club will that change anything? I'm still not exactly sure how the social club works
