Hustler Tattoo Not Unlocking after winning 50k on a single bet...

I went to diamond casino and went to the horse track to bet, I have lost countless times and a lot money with it but I still kept on betting bc I wanted the hustler tattoo. First I won 50k by multiple bets but when I went to the tattoo it was locked then I heard you had to win 50k on 1 single bet so I did it and went to the tattoo parlor and it's still locked. Is it bc I'm betting on the horse track or wtf?! I'm so pissed needless to say.

Dude it's betting on sh*t like impromptu races or deathmatch wins. Nothing to do with casino gambling.
