Question about Spawn points in Creator mode

Hello, I'm making a a Deathmatch level in Creator mode on PC, here is a picture 

 

I would like to put teams spawn points and regular spawn points on the small metal fences that you can see on the picture. I've searched for different glitches that would allow me to accomplish that, but none of them worked.

 

So if here is a person that has experience with the Creator mode, I would be happy to find out a method that would allow me to put team/regular spawn points on top of small props
