Yes, sure ;)
I've found PSP sprites
pK3pbUp.png

Android sprites isn't found yet ¬Į\_(„ÉĄ)_/¬Į

That's amazing.

I think the sprites are there in the a android version, but it seems like your tool can only show previews of textures which are in PNG or PVR format. Any plans to update it so it can show all the textures? Thanks again!

Sorry, man, I don't know if I didn't wait long enough to save the file, but now it worked.

Wow meaning potentially we could replace PS buttons with XBOX ones, to make it less confusing if playing on PPSSPP with Xbox gamepad.

Additionally maybe someone will be able to suggest few points.

1) If with this tool we can swap resources in GAME.PAK, how user can rebuild extracted files into standalone ISO/CSO ?

(tried UMDGen, but wasn't able to recreate image quickly)

2) When replacing textures, tool requires textures to be in format TEXRES_CLUT4 or CLUT8, how you save textures in such format in first place?

You need some Photoshop Plugin like DDS one from Nvidia? Tried PS2 Image Viewer by Ifcaro but no luck with that, Edit PNG in Photoshop, save, resave in PS2 Viewer, replace resource via CTW Editor, still asks to convert, and once converted it looks not crisp at all.

On other hand, entire plan to swap all in-game buttons to XBOX ones, sounds pretty time consuming, because almost each minigame has button images, so you need to edit a lot of them.

Me again. I made some changes in GXT files and used a tool from LCS to unpack the file and transform it into OBB. But on android it shows an error and asks to download the game again.

Is there an effective tool to transform the game folder into OBB again?

I wish it was possible to open two instances of the editor (which is not possible because the ROM.WAD saves each time you save the content of a text string). I'd love to translate the game, but would find it easier if I could always check the original, without having to copy the translated text and click on the text string name in order to revert the changes. I'd also love the option to search for text strings. I always put the translated text into Notepad and save it as the name of the string, but I'd find it easier to just copy the name of the text string to find it in the ROM.WAD file, instead of scrolling through it.

In PSP UMDs:

ROM.WAD & GAME.PAK - PSP_GAME -> USRDIR -> WAD

DXT.BIN - no clue unfortunately

Is it possible to edit the game's "scm" this way? (idk the name of it in the case of chinatown wars) like, I really want the social club rewards to be unlockable without having to depend on the social club itself

I'm new to GTAForums but I came to ask about the CTWEditor. I tried running a PSP ROM.WAD on it and its giving me error saying Error:Exception S ystem.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to instance of object.

However, it does let me see some of the files in the .WAD. Im specifically using this to extract NPC dialogue from the game so is there anyone who can tell me what those files are/ have those files and what this error means?
